Company: iHana yoga (Yoga Studio in Melbourne, Australia)
Project: Self Project
Brief: Create a postcard size flyer for getting new customers, targeting students during school holidays (18 Dec~27 Jan). It will be displayed in a cafeteria, a library in a campus as well as a high school nearby. Make a window decal for opening hours.
Challenges: The audience is students who had never been to a yoga studio before so that I used the image which anybody can imagine what people do in the studio and how the studio looks like to eliminate any fear instead of using a conceptual art.
RESEARCH
iHana yoga is a calm sanctuary in natural light. This is the place to focus on yourself so I went with a minimal design. They offer solid anatomical lessons based on intensive knowledge. That is why I designed this as people would perceive the message that here is a trustworthy real studio.
